In an effort to provide a variety of topics of interest to its members, speakers are

occasionally featured at TOPS#CT118, Newington's weekly meeting.

On May 19, Linda Bantell (shown in center, right and top photo's) from Central CT

Health District was their featured speaker.  Linda spoke about nutrition, proper diet,

cholesterol and fat content.  She then showed vials of various

salt and sugar contents in various foods.
