TOPS Buddy's Make it to the TOP!
"TOPS Buddy's" Corrie and Kathy walked together this summer and by October were able to climb Lantern Hill which is one of the highest peaks in eastern Connecticut. (Lantern Hill is in Ledyard, CT)
TOPS Walk at Bluff Point - June 18, 2011 TOPS Members representing three chapters in Area Captain Kathy Lucas' area gathered Saturday, June 18th at Bluff Point to get a start on their fall rally walking contest. It's always more fun to walk with a buddy, so grab a partner and get moving!

TOPS CT 118, Newington Uses Bulletin Board for Publicity TOPS CT 118, Newington shares this picture of their bulletin board that member Joe Mehan changes every month at their chapter. TOPS#CT118, Newington Promotes Good Health with help of Guest Speaker
In an effort to provide a variety of topics of interest to its members, speakers are occasionally featured at TOPS#CT118, Newington's weekly meeting. On May 19, Linda Bantell (shown in center, right and top photo's) from Central CT Health District was their featured speaker. Linda spoke about nutrition, proper diet, cholesterol and fat content. She then showed vials of various salt and sugar contents in various foods.
