On August 21,2010 TOPS members and family members gathered for a day fun and relaxation at Miles Pond

in North Concord, VT. The day was cool but the friendship was warm. There were members from 5 different

NH chapters. Among these members were our STATE KING, TIM MAXHAM and his lovely wife, Margaret.

Oh yes, and their faithful dog, Reuben.

 

There were games for those who wanted, swimming and visiting for all. Of course as with all TOPS functions,

there was healthy food provided by all.

 

Vermont Area Captain, Carol Priest spoke on the importance of "being first" in our lives and doing what works for us.

Our KING TIM told us how important TOPS is to him and about his walking routine.

 

Next year the picnic will be held in NH. So, put on your thinking caps and see where there is a good site

for the picnic. It was a truly wonderful day. You just can't beat a day of TOPS pals gathered in one spot.

We hope to see many more members and families  at the 2011 gathering. We are just one big happy family!
